Most Orders are shipped via US Postal Service and in some cases via UPS.

All shipping charges include a tracker. 

An e-mail message will be sent to you with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.


Please understand that our shipping methods are only as accurate as the information that we are given. With that in mind, please verify all of your shipping and billing information when placing your order on-line.

It is important that you provide us with an accurate e-mail address and phone number when you place your order.

If you need fast shipping on a product, please call us directly at 1-951-263-3129 (M-F, 9am-5pm Pacific Time) to place your order.

If you have typed your address incorrectly and USPS has to correct it for delivery, there will be an additional $12.00 service charge in addition to any additional delivery fee from the carrier.


If your order is returned for non-delivery, you will be responsible for any additional charges to reship the package. These charges must be paid before the package can be re-shipped.

If you use a Post Office Box for delivery we may not be able to place a tracker on your
package. USPS Rules not ours.
